It remains the responsibility of the customer to regularly check whether any conditions have been changed. The website may be subject to change from time to time however, it will be reasonably maintained thus users will not be entitled to any compensation should you not be able to use or access any part of the website.

The offerings on this website is currently only for South Africa.

USE OF THIS SITE

Users may only use this site to browse the content and make legitimate purchases. Users are not to use this website for any other purpose.

Any unauthorised use of this website may constitute legal violations and as such legal action will be taken against unlawful users

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments may be made using Credit, Debit or Cheque cards via Visa or Master Cards or instant EFTs.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, SHORTAGES/DAMAGES AND CANCELLATIONS

REFUNDS & RETURNS

All returns and exchanges will be honoured provided it is within 3 days of receipt of an order and all goods are still sealed and in its original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be a 10% handling fee for all refunds, returns and exchanges.

Return costs will be for the customer to settle. Please note that no delivery fees can be refunded.

SHORTAGES / DAMAGES

While orders are checked and double checked, it remains the responsibility of the customer to check the order upon receiving your order. Once the document is signed it serves as acknowledgement that everything ordered is received. The customer signature also acknowledges that all goods are received in good condition.

SPICES 4 AFRICA will not be held responsible for any damages or shortages once the delivery note has been signed.

Should there be any item damaged or short on arrival, SPICES 4 AFRICA will endeavour to replace or refund the product in question. Send an e-mail with a picture of the damaged product to spices4africa@vodamail.co.za titled Website - Damaged Product. You will receive a response with the course of action that will be taken.

All our high quality products are manufactured and packaged in a hygienic environment and is inspected before leaving our premises. However, should any products not be up to your standard please contact us.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event a customer decides to cancel an order for any reason whatsoever, which has not yet been despatched, a 10% handling fee will be charged and the balance will be refunded. If however, the order has already been despatched then refer to the RETURNS & REFUNDS section of this policy.

INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED

If you receive an incorrect product please send us an email to spices4africa@vodamail.co.za within 3 days of receiving the goods. SPICES 4 AFRICA will endeavour to collect the incorrect product and send the original product ordered at our own expense provided the item is sealed and in its original packaging.

We will only be able to replace the item once the incorrect product is received in its original condition.

DELIVERY

SPICES 4 AFRICA makes use of The Courier Guy for deliveries. Delivery is available nationwide.

Goods will only be despatched once full payment reflects in our bank account.

Delivery within Gauteng may be same day or the next day of the funds reflecting in our bank account. For outlying areas please allow for between 2-5 days of funds reflecting in our bank account.

SPICES 4 AFRICA reserves the right to be held accountable should there be a delay in delivery and the circumstances are out of our control e.g. bad weather, courier strikes, heavy traffic, etc.

Courier fees will be automatically calculated by our system depending on the weight and dimensions of your parcel.

Once goods are delivered and the customer signs for it, it serves as an acknowledgment that the goods were received in good order, refer to the SHORTAGES / DAMAGES section of this policy.

Please ensure proper arrangements are made for the receipt of your delivery and the correct delivery information is captured to ensure a smooth process for you to receive your goods. SPICES 4 AFRICA cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information captured by the customer.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

SPICES 4 AFRICA will not be held responsible for any damages or costs arising from the use of this site.

SPICES 4 AFRICA makes no guarantee or warranty for the use of its products outside its intended use.

The use of these contents is forbidden in such places where the law does not allow this disclaimer to take full effect.
